Pet Photos with Santa is back just in time for the holiday season! Bring your furry friends (cats, dogs, or critters) down to the Cheyenne Animal Shelter on Saturday, November 29th, between 10:00 A.M. and 1:00 P.M. to meet Santa himself and get that ultimate Holiday card photo you've been dreaming of. This event is walk-in-based, so be sure to arrive early to snag a spot in line!

For only $20, you’ll receive a printed and digital copy of your pet’s photo on the spot thanks to our friends at The Digital Shack!

Please arrive 30 minutes before your first scheduled match for check-in. Be sure to coordinate with your partner to make sure you are both aware of your division and start time! We will work to stay on schedule throughout the weekend, but minor timing adjustments may occur. Please be ready to play when your group is called. We will not have long delays between rounds.

We plan to use the Swish for tournament schedules and scoring. Please download Swish before the tournament — join codes will be provided onsite.

Balls: Vulcan

Round Robin: to 11, win by 1
Bracket Play & Semifinals: to 11, win by 2
Championship & Bronze: to 15, win by 2
Timeouts: none during round robin; one per game in bracket play
Bracket Play: single elimination (starting in quarterfinals)

Seeding will be based on win percentage. If tied:

1. Head-to-head (if applicable)

2. Total points

3. Coin flip

Tournament directors may adjust the format if needed to maintain schedule consistency.

It’s free vaccine time!

In partnership with Halladay Subaru, Subaru Loves Pets, Petco Lovecare, and the ASPCA, the Cheyenne Animal Shelter will be hosting a Community Pet Health Fair on October 18th, 2025! Bring your fluffy companions over to Halladay Subaru (2030 Westland Rd, Cheyenne, WY, 82001) between 10:00 and 2:00 P.M. to get your pets fully vaccinated and microchipped for free (while supplies last)!

You will also have the chance to enter a free raffle for the chance to win one of ten dog spay/neuter surgery slots at one of our local veterinary clinics. Be sure to arrive early to claim your free vaccinations. All pets must be brought on a leash or in a kennel.
